Mike Gannu

Based in Ibiza, Spain, Mike Gannu has been developing a career as a DJ, producer and artistic director since 2009, rooted in melodic techno and club-oriented electronic music nourished by melodic lines, tribal rhythms and progressive textures. Having also spent time in London, Mike Gannu has built his activity across production, programming and performance, with releases on Sementa, Species, Automatik, Atlant and his own label Eklektisch, alongside collaborations with Fat Cosmoe. His work emphasizes a balance between rhythmic tension, immersive atmospheres and percussive motifs that draw as much from the contemporary club as from more organic hues. Mike Gannu also contributes to managing the labels Fayer and Eklektisch alongside Edu Imbernon, and participates in organizing events linked to Fayer, which places him both in the circulation of tracks and within electronic scenes. On stage, Mike Gannu favors a dancefloor-oriented aesthetic, with sets built around progressive rises, precise bass and a marked taste for melodic variations.
