FNX
Under the name FNX, Kylian Lopez develops from Nice a musical register at the crossroads of urban reggae, pop and rap, nourished by Corsican and Martinican roots. His music blends sung melodies, rapped passages and direct, straightforward writing, with a modern reggae aesthetic that embraces current formats while keeping a social dimension in the lyrics. Active since his teens, FNX was noticed early and went on to several collaborations, notably with Yaniss Odua on the tracks "One Love" and "Vérité", and on "Ça va ça vient Reload" with Danakil. His musical journey was built alongside a sports education at OGC Nice's academy, a background that sheds light on the discipline and energy in his work. In 2022 FNX also won a national eloquence competition, consistent with his attention to phrasing, meaning and communication. Between singing and rap, FNX thus belongs to a francophone scene where contemporary reggae, urban influences and pop hooks meet.
