Casey

Casey is a Welsh alternative rock/post-hardcore band formed in Cardiff from members of the local punk scene, quickly establishing themselves through raw, personal songwriting and a sound that blends tender melodies, distorted guitars and often dark atmospheres. From their EP Love Is Not Enough they drew attention for their ability to combine emotional intensity with sonic urgency. Their debut album Where I Go When I Am Sleeping confirmed this identity: introspective tracks, uncompromising production and atmospheres that are at once heavy and cathartic. After a break the band returned with How to Disappear, an album where raw emotion mixes with soaring musical passages and politically engaged lyrics, consolidating their status within the British alternative scene. Casey continues to carve out a singular path — a rock that does not hesitate to dive into pain, anxiety or nostalgia to extract beauty and truth.
