Steve Ibrahim

Steve Ibrahim is a singer-songwriter from Val-de-Marne whose musical sensibility was shaped early on in the rehearsal rooms of Paris’s suburbs. A precocious musician, he first supported other artists on stage before taking the microphone to tell his own stories. In 2024 he released his first solo songs, guided by an acoustic guitar and songwriting that is both intimate and contemporary. His debut single, Le Bleu du Ciel, reveals a modern, atmospheric folk sound—somewhere between Bon Iver and Mustafa—where the French language pairs with a subtle, airy production. A few months later, with Le Mur du Salon, he further defines his signature: controlled melancholy, precise arrangements and a sincere approach to the singer-songwriter tradition. Steve Ibrahim thus emerges as one of the new faces of a generation of artists reinventing francophone folk, balancing softness, depth and modernity.
