Ceren
Situated within a German-Turkish context, Ceren develops a pop-R&B sound tinged with rap, where German and Turkish intertwine in tracks that are both direct and melodic, driven by a Y2K aesthetic and lyrics that alternate between self-assertion, intimate notes and gentle nostalgia. Ceren first drew attention with English releases before steering her repertoire toward more sentimental songs in German and Turkish; from 2025, tracks like “Shabab(e)s im VIP”, “Synergie” and “Fashion Killa” mark a shift toward a tighter formula combining urban pop, R&B and club references. Ceren’s emergence happened quickly over a two-year period, but her relationship with live performance is older: she played early on with a band and, since 2024, has been developing a live format alongside her sister Ceyda, a DJ, in a setup that links singing, set continuity and club energy. In 2026 Ceren expands this scenic dimension further.
