Active in Paris, France, since 2013, Bank Myna develops music that sits between dark post‑rock, slow doom, slowcore and experimental rock. At Bank Myna, the guitars build thick, shifting atmospheres, the rhythmic parts often remain restrained, and the vocals move between fragility, detachment and intensity amid textures that alternate silence, saturation and release. Over the years, Bank Myna has consolidated an austere, immersive aesthetic in which the imprint of doom blends with a more atmospheric writing inherited from post‑rock and a slowness that at times evokes slowcore.
