55ASKY

55ASKY is a project located at the crossroads of hyperpop, digicore, rap and alternative electronic music, with writing that makes the voice a central element of its sonic material. Appearing in early 2023, initially spotted online, 55ASKY builds a universe marked by highly present vocal treatments, digital textures, melancholic refrains and detours toward experimental pop, reggaeton or shatta. Staying deliberately discreet about his identity, he chooses anonymity and a mask from his first public appearances, in a logic of distancing the person in favor of the texts, images and sound. His discography quickly expanded with the EP Zonia-553, then the albums R0SE 80N80N in 2023, PILLZ & KANDY KRUSH in 2024, TAEDIUM in January 2025 and Volim te in the same year, as well as the EP DAS JEMI in 2025. In his tracks, 55ASKY blends intimate narratives, references to childhood, romantic heartbreaks and social themes such as anti-racism or violence against women. His visual aesthetic, often associated with pink and purple tones, prolongs a moving, hybrid and frontal music, nourished as much by pop and rap culture as by a rawer and more fragmented imagination.
