Alicia Moffet

Active on Quebec’s pop scene since her teenage years, Alicia Moffet has steadily established herself as a singer and songwriter, working in a contemporary pop style shaded by R&B and electronic influences. Born in 1998 in Quebec, she first drew attention in 2013 by winning the Canadian TV show The Next Star, and later returned to television on La Voix in Quebec, cementing her place in the local music landscape. After several English-language singles that blended vocal ballads with more up-tempo tracks, Moffet honed a writing approach centered on intimate relationships, self-assertion, and the gray areas of everyday life. Her debut full-length album, Billie Ave., released in 2020, marked a milestone that combined polished pop production, urban flourishes, and immediate hooks while keeping her voice front and center.
