Based in Norway, dublon creates music at the intersection of house, jazz and a hushed form of electronic pop. His tracks move over supple, steady club rhythms while giving significant space to piano, rounded bass lines, brass and light vocals, in a nocturnal aesthetic that evokes both intimate bars and the dancefloor. Having emerged recently on the European house and downtempo circuits, dublon’s trajectory has been built through productions, DJ sets and collaborations, favouring fluidity over effect.
