Puño Dragón

Formed in Asturias in 2021, Puño Dragón brings together Rafa Tarsicio, Germán Mingote, Manu Huertas, Erik Iglesias and Rubén Loro — five musicians who have played in bands such as Tigra, Mingote, The Parrots and Destino 48. Puño Dragón works within alternative rock, grounded in traditional rock but incorporating more contemporary textures, with direct, edgy songs often marked by dry irony. The band's debut album, Puño Dragón, was released at the end of 2022 and set out this aesthetic through tracks like “Carcaj”, “Mierda creo que te quiero”, “Necesito una pala” and “Agua de mayo”. Since emerging, Puño Dragón has been active on the Spanish independent scene and has played festivals such as Sonorama and No Sin Música. The group then developed a new repertoire around songs like “Juegos Violentos”, “Bailén”, “Fantasmas” and “Haré lo que pueda”, extending a formula where the energy of guitar-driven rock intersects with a more contemporary songwriting approach.
