Tara Nome Doyle

Born in Berlin in 1997 and raised in Kreuzberg, Tara Nome Doyle develops a writing that sits between chamber folk, atmospheric pop and piano-based singer-songwriting, carried by a clear voice and an intimate approach to melody. Of Norwegian-Irish heritage, she emerges at the end of the 2010s with the singles Down with You and Milk and Honey, then with the EP Dandelion in 2018, early markers of a sober universe where delicate arrangements, restrained tension and textures close to dream pop and soul intersect. She then releases the album Alchemy in 2020, followed by Værmin in 2022 and Ekko in 2025, which extend a body of work centered on slow, introspective songs, often built around the piano and a measured orchestration. Her beginnings were accompanied by musicians from Isolation Berlin, a scene neighborhood that also places Tara Nome Doyle in a Berlin landscape open to independent pop forms and sensitive writing. Parallel to her discographic releases, Tara Nome Doyle has also composed the music for Markus Schleinzer's film Rose, announced for 2026.
