Jodie Harsh

Born in Canterbury in Kent and based in London since studying at the London College of Fashion, Jodie Harsh has since the late 2000s developed a trajectory situated between queer nightlife, DJing and production. Initially active as a party organizer, she launched Room Service in 2010, before increasing appearances in London clubs and later on European stages. Her musical universe rests on a direct vocal house, fed by disco and pop, with tracks designed for the club but built around choruses and a very frontal energy. Jodie Harsh began releasing her own music toward the end of the 2010s, notably with the single 'Tuesday' in 2019, followed by the Beats N’ Pieces EP in 2020. Subsequent tracks further establish her personal project, including 'My House' in 2021, 'No Sleep' that same year, 'Good Time' and 'Shock' in 2022, and 'Hectic' in 2023. In parallel, Jodie Harsh signs remixes for artists from pop and dance, and also participates in writing and production for other projects, with a notable credit alongside SOPHIE on Charli XCX's 'Secret (Shh)'. DJ, producer and enduring figure of London’s nightlife, Jodie Harsh carries a clear, festive club aesthetic in her sets as in her productions, rooted in British queer cultures.
