GINEVRA

Born in Turin in 1993 and having lived in Collegno, Grugliasco and then Milan, Ginevra, stage name of Ginevra Lubrano, has since the late 2010s developed a writing that sits between alternative pop, contemporary Italian song, and discreet electronic textures. She began in 2018 with the single Forest, before publishing the EPs Ruins in 2019 and Metropoli in 2020, the latter marking a more assertive shift to Italian. Her universe blends hushed vocal lines, synthetic melodies, piano and urban atmospheres, with tracks focused on the intimate while staying within a pop format. Ginevra then appears on several Italian stages and festivals, and participates in 2020 in Sanremo Giovani with Vortice. Parallel to her solo project, Ginevra also works as a songwriter, notably for Noemi on Glicine and several tracks from the Metamorfosi album in 2021, and collaborates with artists such as Mecna, Ghemon, La Rappresentante di Lista, Cosmo, Margherita Vicario or Meg. After a first album, Diamanti, released in 2022, Ginevra continues this trajectory with Femina in 2025, confirming a path at the crossroads of Italian singer-songwriter pop and a more atmospheric contemporary production.
