Citadelle

Under the name Citadelle, a French duo develops electronic music at the crossroads of melodic house, progressive house and a sensibility inherited from the French Touch. Citadelle works on tracks built around understated chord progressions, expansive melodies and a cinematic-toned production, balancing emotional listening with club effectiveness. Through its releases, Citadelle has established a fairly cohesive universe where luminous textures, measured buildups and harmonic lines occupy a central place. The project notably released music on STMPD RCRDS, which marked a milestone in its trajectory, before signing the track "Peace of Mind" with Martin Garrix in 2025. Citadelle operates across a circuit that ranges from clubs to festival stages, with a format designed both for the dancefloor and for more narrative sets. In the French electronic landscape, Citadelle thus fits into a melodic and polished vein, focused on atmosphere, the relief of arrangements and the continuity between pop emotion and house language.
