TWINSICK
Formed at the end of 2019, TWINSICK brings together musicians and producers Alex Ingalls and Casey Schneider, both from Minneapolis, Minnesota. The project fits within a dance and electronic aesthetic focused on short, direct, melodic formats at the crossroads of EDM, pop and remix practices. TWINSICK initially circulated through remixes and mashups shared online, before expanding into original releases and live performances. In this relatively recent trajectory, their work has been noticed and promoted by several established names in electronic and dance-pop music, including The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Tiësto, Loud Luxury and Two Friends. Their live activity has developed in clubs across the United States, with a notable presence on the campus and large university-party circuit. Through this path, TWINSICK has developed a formula designed for both the club and digital listening, with productions centered on pop choruses, clear dance rhythms and an accessible energy without being confined to the mashup register.
