Info
On May 23, 2027, Eric Clapton returns to London for a night at the Royal Albert Hall, bringing that unmistakable mix of electric bite and acoustic nuance that’s followed him since the early days of the British blues boom. Expect a set that moves easily between slow-burning blues, classic rock shapes, and the kind of melodic phrasing that made him a reference point from The Yardbirds and John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers to Cream.
This concert is also a chance to revisit the different faces of his catalog: the improvising fire of the late 60s, the big songs that came with his solo run in the 70s, and the more stripped-back approach he’s explored on acoustic recordings like Unplugged, without losing touch with the American blues tradition. A focused evening for anyone who wants to hear a guitarist who still treats every note like a line of conversation.
