Info
unpeople head to La Boule Noire in Paris on February 13, 2027, with their tense, upfront alternative rock, fueled by a lucid anger at the state of the world. The British quartet fuses the guitars of Jake Crawford and Luke Caley, Em Lodge's bass, and Richard Rayner's drums, creating a sound that hits hard without sacrificing its hooks: massive riffs, direct melodies, crafted harmonies, and no-nonsense lyrics.
Between live intensity and writing that is more pop than it may seem, the band defends an identity built around its name, “unpeople,” these lives made invisible or deemed negligible. A way of turning discontent into songs that speak to the present and to the collective. After the single “friends” and the announcement of their first album “we are unpeople,” this Paris date promises to be a gathering for those who like it loud but still singable.
