Electric Six return to the UK with an intimate summer date at Tramshed Cardiff on 19 June 2026. Born on Detroit’s rock circuit and led by frontman Dick Valentine, the band fuse garage rock grit, disco strut, punk bite, new wave sheen and a flash of metal, turning sharp hooks into dance-floor mischief. Expect a set that swings from early 2000s anthems Gay Bar, Dance Commander and Danger! High Voltage to newer cuts from Turquoise, their recent album, delivered with tight riffs, synth pulses and deadpan humour. Years of relentless touring have honed a show that chases hedonistic themes with a knowing wink and chorus power, somewhere between glam attitude and club pulse.
Opening the night, Enjoyable Listens trade in crooned, offbeat pop with a louche swagger, part streetwise patter, part velvet melodrama, setting the tone before Electric Six hit the stage.
