The Fratellis - Celebrating 20 years of Costello Music

On 13 March 2027, The Fratellis bring the 20 years of Costello Music celebrations to Eventim Apollo, London. Formed in Glasgow in 2005, Jon, Baz and Mince Fratelli built their name on brisk guitars, tight rhythms and melodies that stick, drawing from garage rock, power pop and classic British rock. Their debut stamped songs like "Chelsea Dagger" and "Whistle for the Choir" into their live DNA, and this date puts that first blast back under the lights with the bite of a trio that still plays it close and loud.

Two decades on, the band has widened its frame without losing focus. We Need Medicine, Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied, In Your Own Sweet Time and Half Drunk Under a Full Moon pushed their sound toward soul shades and occasional orchestral touches while keeping the hooks upfront. A set anchored in Costello Music will sit alongside later tracks that trace the route from those early choruses to a broader, more seasoned songbook.
