Info
Super! presents Gans in concert on 23 April 2027 at Petit Bain.
Gans is a duo from the West Midlands, United Kingdom.
The members of Gans met at university. It was there that they shared their respective passions for music, books and art. Thus Gans came into being.
Rehearsals and a period of intensive writing began in late 2023. They produced the sounds they liked—music for themselves, music with a message.
Thomas Rhodes (bass/guitar/synths/vocals) and Euan Woodman (drums/vocals/synths) bring a blend of influences—from jazz big band to country, including techno and punk—open-minded, driven by a love of music, whatever the genre.
Five self-produced singles followed on the band's label Hot Dawg Records, from November 2023 to November 2024. They create all elements of their production themselves, including visuals and videos. Radio airplay followed, along with playlist additions on streaming platforms.
