Info
Jake Bugg brings his new album Alamo to life with a stripped-back solo acoustic set at Resident Music in Brighton and Hove on November 17, 2026. Expect the kind of close-up performance that puts the focus where it’s always been with him: voice, guitar, and that direct, unshowy way of writing songs that can flip from tender to tense in a few lines.
Since breaking through in the early 2010s, Bugg has built a catalogue that moves between indie rock, folk, Americana and a leaner blues-rock edge, switching easily from bare acoustic confessionals to sharper, more wired-up moods. This night leans into the intimate side of that range, with songs that breathe differently when it’s just him and a guitar, and newer material sitting naturally alongside the older cuts that first put him on the map.
