On February 13, 2027, ROLE MODEL will perform at AFAS Live in Amsterdam with his 'Chuck On Tour'. Behind that name is Tucker Pillsbury, a singer-songwriter from Maine who, via Los Angeles, found his own place somewhere between indie pop and bedroom pop. His songs lean on smooth melodies, understated arrangements, and lyrics that don't beat around the bush: relationships that rub, loneliness, mental health. After early EPs and the debut album Rx (2022), he shifted with Kansas Anymore (2024) toward more acoustic pop, with folk and light country tones. Live, that translates into a set that can start small and then break open, without losing the confessional tone.
In the opening act: Keni Titus, alt-pop from Los Angeles with a sharp pen about that awkward transition from adolescence to adulthood. She writes raw and melodic, with vulnerability, dry humor, and a touch of ironic distance. After EPs such as Mud On My Superstars and Juliet and shows on the indie-pop circuit, she let her debut album AngelPink (2026) show how her sound can grow while the lyrics stay personal and direct.
