Info
On 14 November 2026 at Royal Festival Hall, London, Goldie brings the sound that reshaped UK club culture. Born Clifford Joseph Price, the DJ, producer and visual artist came up through the British graffiti scene before immersing himself in New York hip-hop, influences that fed his mix of hard-cut breakbeats and widescreen arrangements. Under the alias Rufige Kru he honed an early jungle blueprint, then co-founded Metalheadz in 1994, a label that crystallised drum and bass and pushed forward names like Photek, Source Direct and Lemon D.
Timeless, his 1995 debut album, expanded the genre’s scope with strings, pads and soulful vocals, and delivered Inner City Life, a track that continues to define his catalog. Follow-ups like Saturnz Return and The Journey Man kept that dialogue between bass pressure, orchestral colour and emotive hooks alive, while his work across club, studio and screen shows a restless approach to sound and image. At Royal Festival Hall, expect a set shaped by three decades of experimentation, tracing a line from early jungle textures to today’s drum and bass.
