Info
Circa Waves bring their taut, melodic indie rock to KK's Steel Mill in Wolverhampton on Thursday 25 June 2026. Formed in Liverpool in 2013 around singer-guitarist Kieran Shudall with Sam Rourke and Joe Falconer, later joined by drummer Colin Jones, the band carved out a sound of bright, wiry guitars, brisk rhythms and choruses cut to the essentials. Early singles like Get Away / Good for Me and Stuck in My Teeth set the pace and launched them onto UK stages and festival bills.
On stage, the quartet threads a clear line through its catalogue: the immediate rush of Young Chasers (2015), the darker edge of Different Creatures (2017), the sleeker turns of What’s It Like Over There? (2019), the split moods of Sad Happy (2020) and the driving pulse of Never Going Under (2023). The set moves fast and lean, balancing sharp hooks and raw energy, with newer tracks sitting alongside fan favourites. A night built for compact songs, tight interplay and that punchy, unfiltered indie rock the band has honed from clubs to big festival fields.
