On November 3, 2026, at the Big Band Café in Hérouville‑Saint‑Clair, Charlie Winston opened a new chapter: for the first time in seventeen years, he took the stage alone. The British singer‑songwriter, based in Paris since the 2000s, set aside the collective momentum of his band for a more pared‑back, intimate approach, with guitar, piano and voice to the fore. On the bill was a traversal of the repertoire that has left its mark on French audiences — from Like a Hobo to tracks from Running Still, Square 1 and his more recent project Your Bones — all rearranged into spare versions that refocus the listening on the songwriting and timbre.
