duendita

duendita, a collective born in Queens (New York), writes and produces its music locally and on a small scale, with an explicit respect for its origins, its community and its faith. The project evolves across formats and cities, carried by a close-knit circle of collaborators who sustain a collaborative approach. On record as well as on stage, their sound moves on deep bass lines, a prominent piano and jazz, soul and R&B motifs, aiming to express the complexity and sensitivity of the human experience.

On 29 May 2026 at the Hasard Ludique in Paris, duendita will present tracks from existential thottie, previewed by the single “super sad!”. This new chapter continues an intimate mode of songwriting, expanded by melancholic, bass-heavy textures. Between vulnerability and release, the set navigates hushed shades, relying on voice and piano, jazz harmonies and an R&B groove, and probes questions of identity, community and survival.
