10cc

Formed in 1972 in Stockport, 10cc brought together Graham Gouldman, Eric Stewart, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme, a team forged at Strawberry Studios where they wrote, produced and played for others. From the self-titled debut and Sheet Music, they shaped a melodic pop-rock with art-rock edges, wry lyrics and stacked vocal arrangements. The Original Soundtrack and How Dare You! deepened that studio game, shifting between atmospheric ballads, direct pop cuts and narrative-driven songs with unusual structures.

After Godley and Creme left in 1976, Gouldman and Stewart carried the project with Deceptive Bends and Bloody Tourists, keeping the polished pop approach while widening the rhythmic palette. The run continued with Look Hear?, Ten Out of 10 and Windows in the Jungle, then reunion albums Meanwhile and Mirror Mirror in the 90s. Since the late 90s, 10cc has mainly lived on stage around Gouldman, with a refreshed line-up revisiting a catalogue that balances craft, melody and experimentation. On 20 November 2026, the band brings this songbook to MCH Herning Kongrescenter in Herning, Denmark.
