Daraîche & Filles brings to the stage patriarch Paul Daraîche together with the family’s new generation for a journey to the heart of homegrown country music. A prominent figure on the Québec music scene since the late 1960s, Paul has shaped a French-language repertoire that weaves ballads, road tales and family stories, echoing the conventions of North American country. At his side, his daughters Émilie and Katia, and their cousin Dani (daughter of Julie Daraîche), carry this legacy forward with tight harmonies and a direct energy, drawing as much from the classics as from their own songs. Between guitars, voices and shared memories, the concert highlights the songs that have accompanied multiple generations as well as those that continue to travel from stage to stage. Join them on March 28, 2026 at the Théâtre Capitole in Québec City (972 Saint-Jean Street) to hear the Daraîche family keep the tradition alive, together.
