KC & The Sunshine Band

KC & The Sunshine Band brings its Miami-born blend of disco and funk to OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls on February 20, 2026. Led by keyboardist and singer Harry Wayne Casey, aka KC, the group shaped its sound in the early 1970s with brass up front, repetitive basslines, call-and-response vocals and arrangements built for the dancefloor, somewhere between R&B, soul and pop.

Early albums like Do It Good (1974), KC and the Sunshine Band (1975) and Part 3 (1976) set the tone with a run of singles that marked the disco era. By the end of the decade, the band leaned toward a pop and R&B register, notably with the ballad Please Don’t Go in 1979. After a quieter stretch in the 1980s, KC gradually brought the project back to the stage in the early 1990s, riding a disco revival while releasing new material such as Oh Yeah! (1993), Yummy (2007) and Feeling You! The 60s (2015).

On stage today, the set focuses on the 1970s and 1980s catalogue, driven by horns and a tight rhythm section. Expect a direct, dance-centered show that reconnects with the band’s core sound and the feel of those classic recordings.
