On 17 March 2026, Poppy brings her Constantly Nowhere Tour to Komplex 457 in Zurich. The American post-genre artist, formerly known as That Poppy, refuses boundaries and moves between synth-pop, industrial and explosive metal. A clear voice layered over angular guitars, crisp beats, sharp breaks and acidic electronic swathes: her live set advances by contrasts, with a sense of detail that slips songs from one aesthetic to another without warning. No nostalgia — rather a tense present, where minimalist choruses and saturated textures slot into a meticulously staged performance.
Opening act Fox Lake arrives from Denver with a hardcore/nu-metal blend built to get the crowd moving. Tight rhythms, heavy riffs, razor-edged breaks and chanted slogans: the band leans into density and immediately establishes a physical tension, primed for the pit.
From Melbourne, Ocean Grove add the Australian take on nu metal. Grainy guitars, springy bass and electronic bursts create a more hybrid sound, between weight and catchy melodies. A trio of complementary worlds for an evening in which each set pushes the dial a little further, at Komplex 457 Zurich.
