Shelf Lives lands at Petit Bain, Paris, on 15 March 2026. The British duo carve out their own line between punk, electro and bass — a blend that refuses to be labeled. After several years of writing, releasing and more or less heeding feedback, Shelf Lives now moves by instinct. Their compass is clear: experiment, own what they feel, and set firm boundaries so each track provokes a reaction, whether pleasant or not.
On paper, their songs get straight to the point: catchy choruses, taut beats, rasping guitars and an energy that brings punk’s aggression into the intimacy of a house party. At the end of 2024 the duo released their second EP, No Idea, and played a sold-out night at London’s MOTH Club. Barely defined, they’re already shifting the dial and entering a new phase. At Petit Bain you’ll find that compact urgency and taste for the sidestep in a set that embraces its angles without chasing consensus.
