Christophe Maé

Christophe Maé returns with his own distinctive blend of chanson, pop and groove. Since Mon Paradis, he has been carving out a path where acoustic guitars, warm percussion and harmonica shape immediate choruses and more stripped-down ballads. "On s’attache", "Belle demoiselle", "Tombé sous le charme" and "Il est où le bonheur" marked his early years, while his more recent albums push further the folk colors and African influences that nourish his songwriting. On stage, he alternates between compact intensity and moments of breathing space, revisits his songs, gives room to the backing vocals and instrumental breaks, and creates the intimacy that characterizes his concerts.

He will be appearing on 3 February 2027 at the Arkea Arena Floirac, with a set conceived as a journey through his repertoire. Between expected classics and newer tracks, his band relies on organic arrangements, flexible rhythms and a group energy that carries the venue. As both singer and musician, Maé keeps that taste for live performance that favors playing and exchange, with the desire to convey the warmth of his songs from the front row to the stands.
