On 7 May 2026, Vanessa Paradis returns to the stage at the Zénith Nantes Métropole in Saint-Herblain. Backed by a new album with pop and soul hues, she puts her songs front and center, with the clear voice and phrasing that have accompanied her since the start of her career. A fixture of French pop since the late 1980s, she traces a line between ballads and looser rhythms, from “Joe le taxi” to “Divine Idylle,” including “Tandem” and “Be My Baby.” On stage, she blends recent tracks with songs that have stood the test of time, arranged in a contemporary, uncluttered way. Surrounded by her musicians, she balances guitars, keyboards and percussion, allowing the melodies to breathe.
