Bénabar

Bénabar returns to the stage on 20 May 2027 at the Dôme de Paris - Palais des Sports. A songwriter-composer with a tender eye for our everyday lives, he presents Le soleil des absents, his eleventh album, written during a period of uncertainty and friendship and dedicated to Denis, a fellow performer who has passed away. It showcases his gift for storytelling and detail: songs about ties, absences and what still holds when everything falters, expressed with plain words, discreet humor and a knack for getting to the heart of things.

On stage, Bénabar cultivates a direct rapport with the audience, theatricality and a sure sense of timing. This concert will also mark his 25-year career, a trajectory dotted with songs that have become familiar. Between new material and classics, expect to hear Le Dîner, L’Effet papillon, Je suis de celles and other vignettes that have accompanied the years.
