Info

UB40, the British pop‑reggae band, will be in Paris on 7 March 2026 at the Salle Pleyel. With more than 100 million albums sold and over 50 singles charting in the UK, the band has shaped a repertoire that includes “Red Red Wine,” “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love with You,” “Here I Am (Come and Take Me)” and “The Way You Do the Things You Do.” To mark its 45th anniversary, UB40 released UB45 on 19 April 2024, an album gathering seven new songs and seven reinterpretations of classics, including tracks from Labour of Love.

On stage, UB40 brings together Robin Campbell (guitar, vocals), Jimmy Brown (drums), Earl Falconer (bass, vocals) and Norman Hassan (percussion, trombone, vocals). Matt Doyle, who joined in 2021 from KIOKO, serves as lead vocalist. The brass and keyboard section centres on Martin Meredith (saxophone, WX7, keyboards), Laurence Parry (trumpet, trombone), Ian Thompson (saxophone) and Jahred Gordon (keyboards), with regular appearances by MC Gilly G. More than forty years of live activity, a new album and a Paris date to revisit and update their catalogue on stage.
