Info
On May 6, 2027, at Connexin Live in Hull, Erasure bring their “Radio!! Radio!! Tour” to the stage, with that signature balance of bright synth hooks and a slightly bittersweet edge. Built around Vince Clarke’s crystal-clear electronic writing and Andy Bell’s straight-to-the-point vocals, their set is the kind of pop craft that’s made to be sung back: tight choruses, punchy rhythms, and those melodies that keep a foot on the dancefloor while letting a little melancholy sneak in.
Joining them, Ladytron add their cooler, more nocturnal take on electronic pop. Expect a blend of synthpop and indietronica with new wave and post-punk tension, carried by layered textures and the contrast of Helen Marnie and Mira Aroyo’s voices. Two generations of UK electronic music in the same night, each with its own mood and attitude.
