Info
On March 11, 2027, TesseracT lands at O2 Ritz Manchester with “The Descent”, a show built for anyone who likes heavy music that thinks as much as it hits. Formed in the UK, the band has spent years sharpening its mix of progressive metal and djent: tight, syncopated guitars, shifting time signatures, and those sudden openings where everything turns spacious and almost cinematic.
With Daniel Tompkins back at the mic, the set can slide from dense, polyrhythmic pressure to cleaner melodic lines without losing tension. Expect the kind of pacing TesseracT is known for: riffs that lock in like machinery, atmospheric breaks that breathe, and big dynamic swings that make the details pop live. “The Descent” also nods to the band’s more recent chapter, where electronic textures and post-rock shades sit naturally next to the crunch, keeping the experience immersive from start to finish.
