On March 14, 2027, Julien Clerc presents his songs at L’Amphy in Yutz for a concert centered on a repertoire that spans decades without losing its clarity. A singer, pianist and composer, he has forged a distinctly personal way of marrying romanticism with a more modern writing, between tightly crafted ballads and more expansive arrangements. On stage, everything passes through the voice, the diction, and the piano playing, with that restrained emotion that leaves room for the words. The program features songs that have marked French chanson, from Ce n’est rien to Ma préférence, Mélissa, Fais-moi une place, or Femmes, je vous aime, and echoes of his collaborations with authors such as Étienne Roda-Gil or Jean-Loup Dabadie.
