Pain of Truth land in Toronto on October 15, 2026 at Lithuanian House with the kind of hardcore that doesn’t waste time: tight riffs, heavy tempo shifts, and those blunt, stop-start mosh parts that hit like a reset button. Coming out of Long Island in 2020, they’ve built their lane by splicing old-school New York grit with a more modern, groove-driven punch, where the phrasing can lean hip-hop without turning into a gimmick. Their early statement No Blame… Just Facts set the tone, then Not Through Blood (2023) doubled down with a stacked set of guests from the scene. After the Coast to Coast split with Sunami in 2025, the band headed into the studio in early 2026 with producer Will Putney to shape a self-titled second album. Expect a set that stays physical and straight to the point, with new material sitting right next to the tracks that made them a current reference on the hardcore circuit.
Biohazard brings their Brooklyn-bred crossover DNA to the same bill, blending hardcore intensity with thrash-weight riffs and hip-hop cadence. From their 1990 self-titled debut to Urban Discipline and beyond, they’ve kept that street-level pressure and big, percussive rhythm section at the center, switching between shouted hooks and rap-tinged sections without smoothing the edges. On October 15, 2026 in Toronto, it’s a meeting of generations: classic NY crossover next to a newer wave pushing the same city’s heavyweight tradition forward.
