Airbag

Airbag brings its Argentine rock DNA to Wrocław on November 6, 2026 at Zaklęte Rewiry. Formed in Don Torcuato by the Sardelli brothers — Patricio, Gastón and Guido — the band began in the late 90s as Los Nietos de Chuck, covering Chuck Berry, the Beatles and Creedence Clearwater Revival before shaping its own songs. The first run of albums, from Airbag (2004) to Una hora a Tokyo (2008), leaned toward pop rock, pop punk and alternative tones. Over time, the trio shifted toward a denser sound where hard rock edges, blues-inflected grooves and power ballads take more space, heard on Vorágine (2011), Libertad (2013), Mentira la verdad (2016), Al parecer todo ha sido una trampa (2021) and El club de la pelea I (2025).

On stage today, Guido has moved from drums to guitar and lead vocals alongside Patricio, with Gastón on bass — a setup that brings twin-guitar interplay and vocal harmonies to the front. Rooted in the Argentine rock scene and shaped by tours across Latin America and Spain, Airbag moves between early melodic cuts and newer, heavier textures, mixing hooks, ballads and riff-driven moments.
