Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine « Des Adieux »

A distinctive figure of French rock song, Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine has been carving out his path since the 1970s with finely honed lyrics, rich in oblique imagery and literary references, carried by a sound that moves between folk, blues and electric guitars. With eighteen albums to his name and a recognisable stage presence, he has managed to marry rock intensity with a sense of narrative, from Left Bank cabarets to large concert halls.

In 2026–2027 he launches Des Adieux, a final tour that dives back into a repertoire familiar to several generations. On stage the emphasis is on the band’s momentum—from guitars to keyboards—and on the precision of the words, revisiting his signature songs without fixing them in place, with the energy and restraint that characterise his concerts. One finds that blend of acidic poetry and rock pulse that has shaped his trajectory, between electric tension and more intimate breaths.
