Julien Clerc returns to the stage with Une Vie, a concert conceived as an overview of his decades of songwriting. On 26 September 2027, he will be at Le Liberté in Rennes to traverse his repertoire, moving between signature hits and more intimate pieces. Piano, strings, and arrangements both spare and fuller combine to put the voice and the lyrics front and center.
A singer-songwriter since the late 1960s, he has explored numerous collaborations and formats, from orchestral pop to ballads. Think of Ma préférence, Femmes je vous aime, Ce n’est rien, Mélissa, and more recent songs that continue the story. On stage, he connects the songs with asides, experiments with tempos, and cultivates a sense of intimacy, using a simple and direct approach.
Une Vie is a return to the core of what defines his signature: melodies and words that tell stories. Julien Clerc on stage, as close as possible to his songs.
