On October 23, 2026, Hugues Aufray returns to the stage at Bocapole (Bressuire) with Escapada!, a tour conceived as a ramble through songs, between folk, ballads and refrains we know by heart. Always with a guitar slung over his shoulder, he unfolds a journey that traverses the decades without aiming to turn it into a museum: just the desire to share, to tell stories, to make the audience sing.
As the concert unfolds, he draws from titles that have become inseparable from his career and from collective memory: Santiano, Céline, Adieu Monsieur le Professeur, Stewball, Hasta Luego, Le Petit Âne Gris, L’Épervier... An opportunity to rediscover that very own way of guiding the audience, with a sense of melody and narrative nourished as much by his roots as by his years on the stage. Surrounded by his musicians, Aufray delivers a lively evening of songs, where generations naturally cross paths on the same verses.
