On November 5, 2027, in Confluence, Avignon, Hervé Vilard will unfold a history of French chanson that spans the decades without growing stagnant. Discovered at a very young age with 'Capri c’est fini', he quickly established that expansive voice and that sense of storytelling that make his choruses immediate. Over the years, he has built a repertoire where variety rests on genuine melodic writing, between tightly crafted ballads and brighter songs.
On stage, Vilard emphasizes interpretation: a direct presence, a way of bringing every word to life, and that blend of modesty and ardor that characterizes his major titles. There one can hear the echo of pieces that have become familiar, from 'Nous' to 'Reviens', including 'Venise pour l’éternité' or 'Méditerranéenne', with the same attention paid to voice, to nuances, to the right emotion.
