Formed in 2005 in Kansas City, The Browning has built its identity on an aggressive blend of deathcore, metalcore and electronic music, where hardstyle, dubstep and trance come into the mix without permission. At the heart of the project, Jonny McBee (vocals and programming) pushes this hybridization even further, ultimately staking out a distinct playground: the 'RAVE METAL,' between sharp riffs, breakdowns and club pulsations. After several albums that solidified this formula, the band continues to explore a sound built for live performance—tense and ultra-rhythmic. Recent tracks retain that taste for contrasts—the brutality of the guitars, the precision of the electronics, and choruses more direct—and songwriting that faces society head-on, without flinching. The Browning will perform in Paris on October 30, 2026 at Backstage & O’Sullivans By The Mill, for a date that promises to be as tight as it is danceable, somewhere between the pit and the dancefloor.
