On 17 September 2026, Bad Manners roll into The Factory Live in Worthing for a stop on their 50th anniversary tour. Fronted by vocalist Buster Bloodvessel, the North London outfit helped spark the late-’70s ska revival with a brass-driven sound that blends Jamaican ska, two-tone shades and sharp pop instincts. Early on, they cut through with UK hits like “Ne-Ne Na-Na Na-Na Nu-Nu,” “Lip Up Fatty,” “Special Brew” and “Can Can,” tunes built for bounce and big singalongs.
Formed in 1976, Bad Manners earned their stripes on 2 Tone package tours and in the concert film Dance Craze, then stacked up releases including Ska ’n’ B, Loonee Tunes!, Gosh It’s… Bad Manners and Forging Ahead. The lineup has morphed across decades, but Buster remains the anchor, leading a tight horn section and a rhythm team wired for speed. On stage, the band leans into fast skanks, call-and-response hooks and a catalogue that keeps the floor moving from the first riff to the last chorus. This date is a straight shot of classic British ska, delivered by a group that still treats live shows like the main event.
