Poliça will perform at La Bellevilloise on 2 September 2026. Hailing from Minneapolis, the band has operated for more than a decade on the indie-electronic scene, at the intersection of synth-pop, trip-hop and R&B with futuristic textures. Carried by Channy Leaneagh’s singular voice—recognizable from the opening bars—the group sculpts songs where sweeping synth layers, organic rhythms and melodies of light and shadow intertwine. Under the guidance of producer Ryan Olson, Poliça crafts a precise sound, between minimalist pulses, velvety basslines and arrangements that leave room to breathe.

With Dreams Go, their latest album, the band opens a new chapter: more inward and luminous, without abandoning its shadowed atmospheres. On stage, these tracks take on greater depth: processed vocals, supple percussion and electronic lines mingle with the grain of the instruments to surface emotions without overstating them. It’s an opportunity to explore the palette of a project that advances through subtle touches, in the heart of La Bellevilloise, Paris’s 20th arrondissement.
