Gurriers

FORM presents Gurriers at Concorde 2, Brighton, on 25 October 2026. Formed in Dublin in the early 2020s, the quintet drive a lean post-punk sound that folds in art-punk angles and noise rock grit. Their tracks run on tight, propulsive rhythms, serrated guitars and vocals that swing from upfront urgency to a cooler, more detached tone. The writing probes contemporary unease, everyday violence and social fracture, tracing the contradictions of an unstable present without retro dressing.

After a run of singles, Gurriers released their debut album, Come and See, in 2024, sharpening the focus while keeping the impact intact. Live, the band stick to concise structures, pressure-cooker tension and sudden breaks that give each song a hard edge. The set is likely to pull from the album and earlier singles while opening space for newer cuts, holding a line between urgency, precision and a few rougher, more experimental corners.

Special guests will open the night, setting the room before Gurriers take over at Concorde 2.
