Twenty years after Repenti, his first album, Renan Luce sets out again to revisit the songs that first brought him to the public’s attention. On November 6, 2026, at Le Pin Galant in Mérignac, he will perform the album’s thirteen tracks on stage in their original sequence, like flipping through an old notebook: portraits, antics, little everyday scenes. This series of twenty concerts has the feel of a reunion—an opportunity to gauge how far he has come without compromising the original momentum.

A singer and songwriter, Renan Luce established himself through clear, narrative songwriting that moves between acoustic folk, waltz and ballad. After Repenti (2006) he continued with Le Clan des miros (2009), D’une tonne à un tout petit poids (2014) and then a self-titled album in 2019. On stage he favors a stripped-down format that places voice and lyrics at the center. By revisiting Repenti from start to finish, he rediscovers his characters as one meets old acquaintances, and seeks, for the duration of a concert, the echo of who he was in 2006.
