Info
Firestations are a London art-pop five-piece whose evolving sound spans dream-pop, shoegaze, harmony-driven psychedelia and experimental folk. Since emerging on Lost Map Records, the band have reinvented themselves across a string of releases, balancing melodies with adventurous arrangements and quietly political songwriting.
Their fifth album International Dust marks a return to the full-band format, expanding their sound into new territory. Recorded live and shaped collectively, the album blends dream-pop, alt-country, hypnotic grooves and electronic textures. Rich with flute, viola, flugelhorn and shimmering guitars, International Dust explores themes of time, identity and inequality while retaining the emotional warmth and melodic inventiveness of Firestations.
Firestations will present International Dust live at The Lanes in Bristol.
